When available, we include artist info, provenance details, and authentication notes in each listing. If you’d like additional verification or photos, just ask — transparency is important to us.

Are the items in your store new or pre-owned?

We curate a mix of fine art, vintage pieces, and collectible decor, along with select contemporary works. Most items are pre-owned, estate-sourced, or consigned, and each listing includes detailed condition notes. If you need more photos or specifics — just ask!

Can I request additional photos or information before purchasing?

Absolutely. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’d like more images, dimensions, close-ups, or condition details, we’re happy to provide them.

Are your items authenticated?

We evaluate every piece carefully and share all known provenance, markings, signatures, and origin details in each listing. For high-value items, we may provide COAs or verification notes if available from consignors or prior documentation.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
Most items ship via USPS or UPS with tracking included. Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Can I hold/reserve an item before buying?

Yes — in most cases we can hold an item for up to 24 hours upon request. For longer holds or payment plans on higher-value items, please message us — arrangements are considered case-by-case.

Grandview Auctions Store Return Policy

We accept returns only if an item has been significantly misrepresented in the product listing.

  • Return request period: Within 7 days of delivery. Buyer must provide photos and a description of the issue. Item must be returned in original condition and packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance. Refund issued only after returned item inspection

We encourage buyers to request additional photos or details before purchasing to ensure confidence.
